Still out here
Hi ladies!
Well, I'm back on track. Mike's calls really do help to keep me encouraged... of course, weighing in at Weight Watcher's even when I feel like my weights gone up. . . it keeps me in check. Well, I went in last week & found out I had gained 2 pounds!!!! I decided to simply keep in the game. findin out how easily it is to creep up I recommitted myself -- anyway, I finally committed to sign up with Team In Training and train to walk a half-marathon in San Diego in June. I signed the forms and sent in my entry fee today and will start officially training in February. In exchange for the free training I'll need to raise some money, I'm hope you ladies will help me reach out to friends and family to raise a couple of bucks. Anone want to walk with me?
The really good news is that I weighed in today and found out that I've lost an additional 4.8 pounds.
YAY! I'm back on track! Haven't heard from you ladies in awhile. I hope you'll all check in even if you feel like your off track.
