Stuffing blurring my motivation
Hey all,
I went in with a plan. I did rather well. I ate breakfast and then ate an apple 30 minutes before the meal and only had one plate. So that was a good day. I have several outdoor shleps up the mountain, so that was good. Its the bleeping leftovers. I'm feeling guilty about buying other food since my fridge is STILL full. I didn't weigh in last week -- I had guests here - but I couldn't face it, and that's the truth.
Today, I've just decided, is startover day. I have a pilates class today. I started my day with an apple and vitamins. Maybe typing it outloud will be a good restart.
